Wycliffe Sylvester Smith (n. 18 di december 1948 na Saba)[1] ta un politico, poeta i autor di Sint Maarten. E tabata prome minister di Sint Maarten di 10 di oktober 2019 te 19 di november 2019. Previamente e tabata minister di Enseñansa, Hubentud, Deporte y Cultura di 2018 pa 2019 den e di dos gabinete Marlin-Romeo y gezaghebber di Saba di 1983 te 1989. E ta co-fundador y lider di Partido Cristian di Sint Maarten (Sint Maarten Christian Party).
